Kirby helped establish Ethos Support in 2022 as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, ahead of the company's official launch in 2023. Since its inception, she has played an instrumental role in building the company's operations, service capabilities, leadership team, and client relationships. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she champions the belief that customer experience and employee experience go hand in hand.
