MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Sept. 22, 2026 - The Sun News announced on September 20, 2026 that Blueberry's Grill earned Gold for Best Brunch and Bronze for Best Breakfast in the 2026 Best of the Beach awards, marking another Blueberry's Grill Best of the Beach 2026 recognition for the Grand Strand restaurant group.

Best of the Beach winners are determined entirely by public vote. The 2026 contest recorded more than 163,000 votes - an 11 percent increase over 2025 - spanning 222 categories and more than 2,300 businesses along the Grand Strand. The three top vote-getters in each category receive Gold, Silver and Bronze designations. The complete list of 2026 winners is published at votedbestofthebeach.com.

The 2026 result extends a consecutive five-year presence on the Best of the Beach podium for the company. The record includes Silver for Breakfast in 2022; Silver for Breakfast and Silver for Brunch in 2023; Gold for Brunch in 2024; Silver for Brunch and Bronze for Breakfast in 2025; and the current Gold for Brunch and Bronze for Breakfast in 2026. The back-to-back Gold finishes in the best brunch Myrtle Beach 2026 category reflect sustained voter support across multiple contest cycles.

Blueberry's Grill is independently owned and operated by a local team that includes a U.S. veteran co-owner. Each location prepares its menu from scratch daily and serves breakfast, brunch and lunch until 3 p.m. The Myrtle Beach location, at 7931 N. Kings Hwy. in the Grande Dunes area, opens at 6:30 a.m. The North Myrtle Beach location, at 4856 Highway 17 South inside Barefoot Landing on the Intracoastal Waterway, opens at 7 a.m. and was named to Yelp's Top 100 Brunch Spots in the U.S. in both 2023 and 2024. This Grand Strand breakfast restaurant award adds to a growing list of third-party recognitions for both South Carolina locations.

The Best of the Beach program covers the company's two South Carolina restaurants. Blueberry's Grill also operates a location at Lumina Station in Wilmington, N.C., which falls outside the program's coverage area.
