CHARLESTON, S.C., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the Board of Directors of Bank of South Carolina Corporation, (OTCQX: BKSC) the parent company for The Bank of South Carolina, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share to shareholders of record October 6, 2026, payable October 30, 2026.  This represents the 148^th quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders. 

The Bank of South Carolina was also recently recognized as one of the nation's top 200 publicly traded community banks with assets under $2 billion.

Ranked 59^th on the 2026 list, The Bank of South Carolina is the highest-ranked bank headquartered in South Carolina to be recognized this year. The ranking was published by American Banker on July 13, 2026, and developed by Capital Performance Group, a consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. The rankings are based on average return on equity over the three years from 2023 through 2025.
